Lawn Mowing
Front and back yard need mowing. About a quarter acre total. Grass is overgrown, roughly 8 inches tall.
Mount TV on Wall
55-inch TV needs wall mounting in the living room. I have the mount and hardware. Drywall with studs.
Clean Gutters
Single-story home, gutters are clogged with leaves and debris. About 150 linear feet total. Downspouts may need flushing too.
Patch Drywall
Two small holes in the hallway wall, about 3-4 inches each. Need patching, sanding, and paint to match.
Fix Running Toilet
Toilet runs constantly after flushing. Have to jiggle the handle to make it stop. Standard toilet, about 10 years old.
Grocery Pickup
Need someone to pick up groceries from Costco and deliver to my home. I'll provide the list, about 15-20 items.
Install Electrical Outlet
Need one new outlet installed in the home office. Nearest existing outlet is about 6 feet away. Standard 120V.

Master bedroom needs repainting. About 12x14 ft room with 9 ft ceilings. Walls have minor scuffs that need patching first.
